Small But Mighty Deserves Powerful But Simple. Meet LinearCRM.
LinearCRM was built for the people building, selling, serving, fixing, growing, and doing whatever else the day throws at them. Start your free 7-day trial today or get in touch. Real humans are standing by. Well, probably sitting.
LinearCRM is the customizable, out-of-the-box CRM for small and medium sized businesses. It brings customer records, leads, calls, forms, chats, calendars, proposals, contracts, payments, photos, reporting, and more together so your team can manage the customer journey from one system. Basically, less bouncing around and more knowing what's actually going on.
How much does LinearCRM cost?
LinearCRM costs $19.99 per user and includes the full product. No stripped down starter tier. No outrageously priced enterprise tier. No discovering the feature you actually need lives behind another paywall.
How long does it take to set up LinearCRM?
About 15 minutes. The LinearCRM Setup Wizard walks you through statuses, phases, purposes, lead types, sources, and other settings without a developer, implementation engineer, or expensive consultant hovering over your shoulder.
What size businesses is LinearCRM best for?
LinearCRM is built for small and medium sized businesses that want powerful CRM capabilities without enterprise pricing, complicated implementation, or features held hostage behind another pricing tier. Growing team? Perfect. Multiple departments? We can handle that too. Massive corporation looking for a CRM that requires its own IT team? We may not be your people. Small but mighty, meet your CRM.
Does LinearCRM require a contract?
Nope. No annual contract locking you in. We'd rather keep your business because you actually like LinearCRM than because a 47-page agreement says you're stuck with us.
Can I try LinearCRM before I pay for it?
Absolutely. Start a free 7-day trial, get set up, and see how LinearCRM works for your business before paying a dime. Try it. Click around. Kick the proverbial tires.
Can I create invoices and collect payments in LinearCRM?
Yep. Create and send invoices right inside LinearCRM, or charge a card or ACH payment directly from the CRM when you already have the customer's payment information on file. Payments are processed through Stripe, with standard fees of 3.15% + $0.30 for card payments and 1.05% for ACH bank transfers, capped at $10.00. Invoices, payments, and customer activity stay connected in one place. Send the invoice or skip it. Take the payment. Get paid. Beautiful.
Can I use my current Stripe account?
Yep. Already have a Stripe account? Connect it to LinearCRM and keep using it to process card and ACH payments. No need to start over just because you found a better CRM. We wouldn't do that to you.
Can I use my current CallRail account?
You sure can. LinearCRM can connect to your existing CallRail account, so you can keep your current call tracking while bringing that activity into your CRM. One less thing to rebuild. We like that.
What if I don't have a CallRail account?
No CallRail account? No problem. Reach out to our team, and we can help you get set up with call tracking and form submission tracking. Because knowing where your leads came from is kind of important. Especially to a CRM built by marketing people.
Can I use my current website chat service?
LinearCRM includes website chat at no additional charge, so you may not need your current chat service at all. Already using Birdeye? We currently offer limited integration capabilities with it. Otherwise, meet the chat you already paid for. Well, technically, we threw it in.
Okay... Who's the little guy in the sunglasses?
That's Walter. He's a water bear, also known as a tardigrade, and he's been the Water Bear Marketing mascot for years. Water bears are tiny, ridiculously resilient, and surprisingly tough. Sound like any small businesses you know? That's why Walter has always felt right at home with us. He represents the small but mighty businesses we built LinearCRM for... and apparently, he's pretty excited about CRM software too. You'll see him popping up from time to time.
